This week at Vibewatch — Oct 16–22

VibewatchOctober 23, 2026
The headline "Half of what your referrals pay, for twelve months" under a capture of the commission table on the Vibewatch affiliates page, showing $114 on Lite, $594 on Core and $1,494 on Pro over twelve months.

Refer a web3 team to Vibewatch and you now earn half of every payment they make, for their first twelve months. The daily brief also got its own destinations, so it can land in its own Slack channel without dragging the weekly report along, and every product email now opens with the same header as the app.

New

  • An affiliate program. Refer a web3 team and you earn 50% of every payment they make for their first twelve months, on every plan. The terms are on /affiliates: what earns a commission and what earns nothing, a 30-day hold, then monthly payouts with no minimum, paid by bank or USDC through Dub. Applications go through Dub's hosted form, linked from the same page. We wrote up what referring Vibewatch pays from the referrer's side, with the arithmetic per plan and why we pay a share of what a team actually pays rather than the flat bounty we costed first.
  • The daily brief gets its own destinations. Previously the brief went wherever your weekly report went, and the only way to stop briefs in Slack was to disconnect Slack, which stopped the weekly report too. You can now send the brief to its own Slack channel or its own Notion page, and switch it off per channel, under Settings → Reports → Daily brief.

Improved

  • One header on every product email. Your weekly report email now opens with the same lockup the app dashboard uses, and so does every other product email we send. The weekly report never carried a header at all before this.

Fixed

  • The daily brief no longer goes missing because Slack refused a picture. When Slack rejects one of the brief's card images, it is sent again without the pictures rather than not arriving.
  • Accessible names now contain the visible label (WCAG 2.5.3), so a screen reader and the control you are pointing at say the same thing.

By the numbers

  • 13,398 messages read in the last 7 days.
  • 61,904 in the last 30.
  • 237,767 scored since launch.
