Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vibewatch, an AI-powered community sentiment analytics service operated by Vibewatch (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using our service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Vibewatch.

Description of Service

Vibewatch connects to your community platforms (Discord, Telegram, X, Reddit, Bluesky, Farcaster, Snapshot, Discourse, and others), collects publicly available messages and posts, scores them for sentiment and relevance using AI, and generates summary reports delivered to Slack, email, or Notion.

Account Terms

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Vibewatch.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free trial at a time.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions & Billing

Vibewatch offers a 14-day free trial with limited features, including one free report. After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access until then.
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at support@vibewatch.io.
• Downgrading your plan may reduce your available features, integration slots, and data retention period.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Vibewatch to monitor communities where you do not have legitimate authority or permission
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security measures
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our service
• Use the service to harass, stalk, or target individuals based on sentiment data
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to Vibewatch without our written consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

Community Data

You retain all ownership rights to the community data collected through your connected platforms. By using Vibewatch, you grant us a limited license to collect, process, store, and analyze this data solely for the purpose of providing sentiment analytics and generating reports.

When you delete your organization or disconnect an integration, we permanently delete the associated community data from our systems.

AI Processing

Community messages are sent to Anthropic's API for sentiment analysis and report generation. This processing occurs on a per-request basis. Vibewatch does not use your data to train AI models. Anthropic's data handling is governed by their privacy policy; under their commercial API terms, data sent via their API is not used for model training.

Third-Party Platforms

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to monitor the communities and channels you connect to Vibewatch. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs, terms of service, or availability that may affect data collection.

Intellectual Property

Vibewatch and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reports generated by Vibewatch from your community data are your property — you may use, share, and distribute them freely.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibewatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

AI-generated sentiment scores and reports are provided as analytical tools and should not be the sole basis for business decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of sentiment analysis.

Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your organization from the settings page. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with notice when practical.

Upon termination, all data associated with your organization is permanently deleted. Any remaining subscription balance is handled according to the Subscriptions & Billing section above.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email or through the service. Your continued use of Vibewatch after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
