How does the free trial work?+

Sign up, drop in your accounts, and get your first weekly report on us. We'll backdate your data by a few days so you see insights immediately. On day 3, you'll receive your first customized report. No credit card is required to start.

Can I change plans later?+

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your billing period.

What happens when my trial ends?+

Your dashboard becomes read-only and we'll stop collecting new messages. Your data is preserved for a limited time. Subscribe to any plan to pick up right where you left off.

What counts as a message?+

Any original post or comment on a connected platform counts as one message. Retweets, duplicates, bot noise, and anything matching your exclusion keywords are filtered out before they touch your quota — so your monthly limit only counts things worth reading.

Do you offer annual plans?+

Not right now. Vibewatch is built to stay accessible month-to-month — no long contracts, no lock-in. If that changes we'll make sure it's a real discount, not a retention trick.
