A 240 character post can be whole on the web and cut on an iPhone. Postcheck draws the fold on all three X clients while you type, free and with no account. Vibewatch is also in Claude's connector directory now, so you can ask about your community without leaving Claude.
New
- Postcheck. The iPhone app never looks at your character count — it folds after the ninth rendered line, so a 240-character post whose lines run short can be cut there and still sit whole on the web. Android cuts at 280, matching the browser to the character. Postcheck renders all three while you type, and it prices a character the way X does: a link is 23 regardless of length, an emoji is 2 regardless of how many code points it holds, and anything outside basic Latin is 2, so 140 Japanese characters fill a post. It has the small rules as well. The iPhone fold is greedy by one character, so a line ending on the word "nine" comes back as "nin", then Show more. Four blank lines between paragraphs are stored as two. Each of the 152 posts behind it was typed into all three clients and the lines they drew captured off the browser DOM, a physical iPhone and an Android phone; the rule registry labels every rule by how it is known, down to the ones marked assumed. Free, no account, nothing you type leaves your browser, open source under MIT. postcheck.vibewatch.io, with the measurements behind it written up.
- Vibewatch is in Claude's connector directory. Adding it used to mean pasting an MCP server URL into Claude by hand. Now you find Vibewatch in the directory, sign in, and ask your questions from inside Claude. Every tool it exposes is a read — message search, weekly reports, daily insights, sentiment overview and trend, market context, organization info, and the public Stacks index — and nothing it does writes back to your server. An owner or admin switches on MCP Access in Settings first; the setup guide covers that step and what to ask once it is connected.
- A page for game studios. Vibewatch for game studios, written for teams whose players post their verdict on a patch in Discord long before it reaches a store page.
Improved
- Your keyword terms survive a plan change. Previously, moving to a plan that carries no keyword terms dropped the terms you had stored. They are now paused instead, and they come back when you upgrade, across X, Bluesky, Lens and Nostr. A trial also keeps the Farcaster term onboarding detects from your own site, so your handle is tracked from the first report, and the connected card names the terms it is searching. The platform pages now say which plans carry keyword and mention tracking.
Fixed
- The MCP discovery email pointed at the wrong part of Settings. It now links to the MCP Access switch itself.
